Rosengrens production and products have always represented high quality. To maintain the high quality levels, continuous tests are carried out during the entire production process. A production control will always be a guarantee that the product achieves the same stipulations as the product that was originally tested.

Functional testing is essential throughout the product development process, the purpose being to verify that the product is optimised for its purpose.

Life cycle tests are performed to guarantee that each Rosengrens product meets our demanding standards for providing the same functionality over a long time period and for the user's safety. The testing is mechanical and includes a.o. door test, bolt test, drawer slider test, lock test, handle test, compression test for quality, control of concrete and thermal resistance test for quality control of fire barrier materials.

ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 are internationally accepted standards which we follow for quality management and environmental management. Our production units are certified to ISO 9001 and we have implemented ISO 14000 at most of our production units.
